We hike, we camp, we fish. We fish a lot - some say too much. Who says such things?
We love creating and drinking complex spirits - usually in moderation and always in control.
Our first and flagship product is Border Whiskey - a high-rye Bourbon, with a stone fruit and vanilla finish. Sourced and aged specifically for Citizens of the Republic, and bottled for you at near cask strength.
We love Pittsburg, New Hampshire and the Indian Stream Valley, and we think you will love it too.
We honor the unique history of the Republic of Indian Stream. Those folks were tough, cool, and uniquely American - until they decided to leave America to create their own sovereign nation:

It will be drawn from the pores of our recently bottled empty oak barrels through a vacuum process.

Limoncello Whiskey Cooler
2 ounces Border Whiskey
1 ounce Fabrizia Limoncello
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
Shake with ice, then strain into tall, iced glass. Garnish with lemon slice and summer fruit.
